Monogramming

Crests, Logos, and initials can be monogrammed on all bath and bedding items. All monogrammed orders must be approved before work can be completed. A sew out will be provided for your written approval. Once we receive your written approval, your order will go into production. If the order is completed according to your written approval, the monogrammed merchandise is not returnable. If there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part, exchanges will be accepted upon inspection of the merchandise and immediate action will be taken to correct the problem.
